Description
Santo Stefano di Sessanio is a fairytale village established in the 1100's in Abruzzo. It is being "revalorized" now and is a wonderful place to stay for daytrips to Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, and all the surrounding towns and mountains. One of the most beautiful villages in Italy (I think).
Sadly the main tower was toppled in last Spring's earthquake in Abruzzo. Hopefully, they can rebuild.
